Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Add milk, eggs, butter and mix rapidly. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes then pour 1 ½ to 2 tbsp of mixture into buttered pan over medium to low heat. Flip when bubbles begin to form on one side. Make sure your pan is not overheated to avoid pancakes from burning. Top with butter, maple syrup or honey, and berries before you serve.
