Milk Pudding with Molasses

Ingredients

• 3 cups Efeler Çiftliği Milk
• 1 cup water
• 3 tbsp starch
• 1 tsp butter
• ¼ cup grape molasses

Whisk Efeler Çiftliği Milk, water and starch on medium heat until it reaches a thick consistency. Add butter before removing from heat and continue to mix. Immediately remove from heat and whisk in the molasses. Divide into ramequins, serve warm or cold.
