The secret of Tulum cheese, which is obtained entirely from the milk of Efeler Farm cows, is that its flavor increases as it matures. Our Tulum cheese is aged for at least 12 months. Tulum cheese, which contains plenty of vitamins A and B, is also rich in calcium, phosphorus and iron. We think it goes very well with a crispy bagel at breakfast and afternoon tea.
